Hi I'm Georges!
I have being massaging for the past 15 years and I really enjoy the opportunity to help others relax, release tension and feel renewed energy.
I received my training in New Zealand and Australia where I had established a home studio.
My style has been developed from my own experience and training. Each session will have a unique sequence that is based on your areas of special attention and feedback throughout the session.
It takes time to calm down and begin clearing the mind in order to begin relaxing. I always allow extra time for you to settle into being massaged.
This is your special time and I will do whatever it takes to make you happy!
This begins with creating an environment that is quiet, breathing exercise to shut out external distractions.
Note: Relaxation massage is a combination of styles adopted from Swedish (effleurage, petrissage, tapotement etc ..) and reflexology being the most common influences.
Relaxation is achieved when you have experienced these 3 stages:
1. Grounding – feeling a deep connection with your breathing and your heart beat,
2. Self-awareness – conscious connection of your body to touch, warmth and stimulation, and
3. reflection on the changes: feeling light, stimulated, energized through touch, nurturing the positive energy, letting go of negatives and connecting with positive thoughts.
